The Troublesome Trucks (freight cars) are making problems on the train tracks. Thomas's fellow locomotive Duck tries to stop them and save a nearby barbershop. The simple (uncredited) text and high decodability will allow the very youngest readers to succeed, though they likely won't get the pun at the end and the story itself only makes marginal sense.
