A list of supplies that you will need in your kitchen is also available to make your recipes easy to make. There is a section of TAPAS for those guests who do not want to cook a lot but can show their abilities of cooking good as if they were experienced chefs. Different chapters of meats, seafood, pasta, soups, salads, poultry, rice and last but not least desserts, cookies and beverages. The book is a small collection of recipes from friends and family, which I have kept for years. I wanted to share these secrets with the Hispanic people so that they could have at their homes a taste of good cooked food in the simplest way. The book will be translated in English.

También les presento uuna lista de equipo de conina los cuales le ayudarán a perparar las recetas que vaya a confeccionar. La sección de TAPAS es para aquéllas personas que no quisieran cocinar mucho para sus invitados pero que al tartar éstas recetas fáciles de preparar los convertirían en chefs con experiencia. Encontrarán secciones de carnes, mariscos, pasta, sopas, ensaladas, pollos, arroces y por último y no deja de ser importante la sección de postres, galletas y bules. El libro es una colección pequeña de recetas de amigos y familiars que he guardado por años y que he querido compartir con ustedes. Está hecho especialmente para el público Hispano con el propósito de que experimenten nuevos sabores Latinos en su cocina. El libro será traducido al idioma Inglés.
